It is a unique and nationally important landscape.

It has an impressive long list of legal designations that protect it.
Awarded for it’s; habitats, species, archaeology, landscape, geology and much more.

Many of the plants and wildlife that live here are rare and also extremely sensitive,
so this means certain behaviours and actions can really help the ecosystems,
however some behaviours cause accidental but significant harm.
