Accessibility
This accessibility statement applies to cannockchase.org.uk, which is run by Cannock Chase SAC Partnership.

For example, that means you should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Cannock Chase SAC Partnership is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
- 1.4.5 Images of Text
An image is used to present text, rather than having it as text instead
A number of images on the homepage show text as part of an image, which isn’t then represented as text too. This will be fixed in the coming weeks. - 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context)
Link text is too generic and/or is used for multiple different destinations
Generic or repetitive link text (e.g. “Visit”) will be replaced by unique text that will make sense even when taken out of content (e.g. “More about Habitats”). This will be fixed in the coming weeks.
