Accessible Parking

There are specific accessible parking bays at the following visitor centres;

• Cannock Chase Forest Centre   13 accessible bays , those by the main entrance are on a level tarmac surface. Parking charges apply.

• Cannock Chase Visitor Centre  5 accessible bays on a level tarmac surface. Parking is free for blue badge holders.

• Museum of Cannock Chase  3 accessible parking bays within close proximity of the main, ramped entrance.

• Chasewater Innovation Centre  3 accessible bays, parking charges apply.

• Shugborough Hall Estate  18 accessible parking bays and a regular mobility shuttle bus available to assist with the route between the ticket office and mansion. Free parking for members.

• The Wolseley Centre 3 accessible parking bays, parking charges by donation.

Whilst many of the car parks around the Chase are level they are currently in poor condition (work is planned) and so not suitable to be mentioned here at the moment.

Here are a couple that are suitable;

Castle Ring offers a good quality car park with sloped, step free routes.

Milford Common –  Brocton Road, Milford, Stafford, ST17 0UH.  Tarmac car park overlooking the common with the backdrop of Brocton Coppice, Accessible toilets and visitor information nearby. Charges Apply.
